These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pawthentic Pedigree website and services.

By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Pawthentic Pedigree is an online advertising platform for pedigree cat breeders.

We provide a place where breeders can:

• advertise kittens
• advertise adult cats
• advertise retired cats
• advertise Stud Services

Potential buyers may browse listings and contact breeders directly.

Pawthentic Pedigree is NOT:

• a pet seller
• a pet dealer
• an auction platform
• a payment intermediary between buyers and breeders

We do not participate in sales contracts between breeders and buyers.

Breeder accounts may only be created by individuals aged 18 years or over.

By creating an account you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• the information you provide is accurate
• you have authority to advertise your cats

Breeders are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate information
• protecting login credentials
• keeping listings up to date
• ensuring photographs belong to them or are used with permission

Breeders are responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Breeders may advertise:

• Kittens
• Adult Cats
• Retired Cats
• Stud Services

Listings must:

• contain truthful information
• accurately describe the animal
• include genuine photographs
• comply with UK law
• comply with Pawthentic Pedigree policies

We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that breach these Terms.

Visitors may contact breeders without creating an account.

Pawthentic Pedigree simply forwards enquiries.

We do not guarantee:

• breeder responses
• availability
• successful purchases

Verified status means the breeder has successfully completed Pawthentic Pedigree's verification process.

Verification does NOT represent:

• veterinary approval
• legal licensing
• government approval
• guarantee of breeder quality

Buyers should always carry out their own research.

Some platform features require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans may include:

• Starter
• Founding Breeder
• Elite Breeder

Features vary depending on the selected plan.

Subscription pricing may change in the future. Reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.

Pawthentic Pedigree never stores payment card information.

Payments are subject to Stripe's own terms and policies.

Users must not:

• publish false information
• impersonate another breeder
• upload stolen images
• spam other users
• misuse the platform
• attempt to gain unauthorised access
• interfere with website security

All Pawthentic Pedigree branding, logos, graphics, software and content remain the property of Pawthentic Pedigree unless otherwise stated.

Breeders retain ownership of the content and photographs they upload.

By uploading content, breeders grant Pawthentic Pedigree a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for promotional and operational purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• breach these Terms
• provide misleading information
• abuse the platform
• engage in fraudulent activity

Suspension does not automatically delete stored data.

Pawthentic Pedigree acts solely as an advertising platform.

We are not responsible for:

• agreements between buyers and breeders
• health of advertised animals
• payment disputes
• transport arrangements
• breeder conduct
• buyer conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawthentic Pedigree excludes liability for losses arising from transactions between users.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
